2 confirm the type of mobile hard disk partition and boot
(1), right-click "My Computer" - "Management" - "Disk Management" (see Figure 1) positioned to move the hard disk, make sure partition as "primary partitions" (usually the first mobile hard disk partition), and bootable.
(2), if the first partition is not primary partitions, you have to re-partition, if the HDD is "primary partitions" you do not have to re-partition (if partition is recommended that you back up mobile hard disk data).
(3) If the mobile hard disk does not boot, then click the right mouse button, select "disk partition as active" (mobile hard disk data is not lost) can be. Only through such a setting, move the hard drive can boot the machine.
3 create mobile hard disk version of the Win PE

4 Start drive version of the WIN PE

5. Protect WIN PE files
To prevent accidentally deleted WinPE files, you can set up these files and folders for the system properties, so that we do not see these files, reducing the chance of accidentally deleted a lot.
Set as follows:
(1), press Win + R key to bring up the system Run dialog box, type CMD to enable command line mode;
(2), navigate to the root directory of mobile hard drives, one by one enter the following statement:

After this treatment, these files are hidden to protect up. If you want to view these files, can be in any folder, select "Tools" - "Folder Options" - "View", the "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" remove the check mark in front of available.
Note: Because it is run on the hard disk, so you can delete this file AUTORUN.INF (even if you do not delete, anti-virus software will help you to remove)
